Children under 12 accompanied by 2 adults, or an additional person occupying the double room (used in conjunction with Stonechat Cottage) are half-price.

Tea, coffee, milo, sugar, milk and rusks/biscuits are supplied in the units. A continental breakfast is offered which is set in the units the night before. This consists of fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, a selection of cereals, muffin/scone or similar, bread for toast, jams/preserves, coffee and tea.

RESERVATION POLICY

To avoid any misunderstanding, please note that a booking consitutes a binding contract, and the following cancellation policy applies in respect of Deposits made:
Cancellation made less than 14 days - forfeiture of the full Deposit.
From 14 to 21 days - Forfeiture of 75% of the deposit.
From 21 to 29 days - Forfeiture of 50% of the deposit.

If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more in advance, a 25% administration charge will be levied.
